As we are here Egyptians but living in different countries, don't you think that we can arrange a protest next Wednesday wearing black in the countries we live in infront of the Egyptian Embassies, I hope to share with me your ideas about how can we share while we are abroad.

We (a bunch of Egyptians in the US) thought about similar actions in the past, but we changed our mind simply because we are in the US, and the whole American intervention dimension can result in a negative understanding of such an action.

However, I definitely agree that we should do something. We need to think carefully though because our audience should mainly be the Egyptian people, and we should avoid any actions that could be misunderstood by them.

1) I agree with minesweeper- intervention may sound negative.

2) We don't have an embassy in Memphis. My lab has Egyptians more than anywhere else in Memphis; the other big congregation is the Coptic Church!

Let me think about it...
